Sam progressed from bar waiter to Food & Beverage Director before earning his architecture degree in Valencia and founding his own agency in Marbella.

He later co-founded a high-end architecture firm delivering bespoke villas across Marbella and abroad. Over a decade on, MEG is one of Spain’s most recognised boutique agencies — awarded Best Boutique Real Estate Agency in Spain.
